Description
Position: Business Development Manager – Lifesciences Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biology / Zoology) + MBA added advantage Experience: 5 – 8 years in Business Development / Sales & Marketing preferably from Lifesciences / Biotechnology industry. Salary Range: (Not constraint for right candidate) Strategic Role –  New Business strategies and deployment  New business Development  Brand building strategies  Identification and segregation of potential market  Revenue generation through new account development and key account management Operational Role –  Design, Implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm  Create and maintain new business opportunities outside the regular sales channels  Focus consequently on end users with high potential, establish & maintain sustainable contacts on senior management level  Responsible for achieving sales target  Developing new sales structure  Implement the “Solution Supplier” approach  Developing relevant business proposals  Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customer etc.  Develop pricing schedule and rates  Provide market feedback to company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas  Ready to travel within Maharashtra for Business requirement
