Location: Mumbai
Years of Experience: 2-5 years
Challenges of the position include:
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
Gathering Market Intelligence pertaining to Competitors and clients
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
Coordinating the specific objectives of the Account Management Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Technology and Data Management.
Being knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
Qualifications:
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Applicants must have a proven track record of client servicing and engagement experience.
Candidates must be capable of creating value around a service-led solution.
The ideal candidate will be a post graduate (or equivalent)
With excellent relationship building capabilities across hierarchy, the candidate will be well presented, articulate and of the highest integrity.
Real Estate industry experience is desirable but not essential.

Highly customer focused.
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to set policies, but remain flexible when customer conditions require
Organized with effective time management skills.
Computer proficiency especially with database tracking programs.
Strong negotiating skills and capacity.
