Job Description:
Profile Includes -

Site visits,
1 - Coordinator the design, project plan, project viability discussing and advise the management.
2 - To manage and head the Architect department.
3 - Will be responsible to create Master Plan, Layout, Concept Design, Details Working Drawings, etc.
4 - Coordinate with the liaison Architect to get approval form the BMC Building proposal department.
5 - Estimating project costs as well as devising plans/ schedules;
coordinating with project architects, designers and consultants.
6 - Supervising on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects;
involved in resource planning, administration, procurement and negotiating with vendors for procurement of required material at reasonable and cost-effective rates.
7 - Monitoring project progress and taking necessary steps to ensure project completion within scheduled timeframe and budget.
8 - Preparing project validation report consisting of observation & recommendation from its suitability to make an investment.
9 - Coordinating with Other Architects, Consultants, Builders, Sub Contractors;
ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
10 - Meeting and interacting with the Technical Representative of clients to ensure faultless execution of projects;
maintaining excellent relations with clients to augment business generation.
11 - Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress & de -bottlenecking.
12 - Liaison with external agencies, clients, architects & consultants for determining technical specifications, approvals for execution & obtaining on-time clearances
13 - Preparation of tender drawings/ specifications & finalization of require estimates and BOQ.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1 - Quick conception of Integrated (Architectural - Engineering - Building Services) and
Analytic design solutions for fast track projects.
2 - Must be good at Value Engineering in association with other experts.
3 - Efficient & Profitable Detail design production for large size projects, using management skills.
4 - Must have an excellent skills developed in delivering time-bound projects.
5 - Exceedingly good understanding of RCC, Pre-stressed Concrete and Steel Structures.
6 - Knowledge of innovative construction methods & technologies. Specially Pre-cast concrete application to buildings & bridges. Always introduced at least one innovation in every project.
7 - Passion for good detailing.
8 - Business development through Competent and Satisfactory service to client thus resulting in repeat business & long term association.
9 - Leadership of Architects & Engineers team for very large size projects. Passionate about training & developing leaders.
10 - Reasonable exposure and good working relationship with foreign architects & engineers.
11 - Setting-up & Management of Architectural & Engineering Consultancy Practice.
12 - Must be able to work of BOQ, Costing, Estimation, Tender Documentation.
13 - Sound Understanding and interpersonal skills.
14 - Computer Savvy, Design Software’s.
15 - Network of Contacts with Govt Dept or Concerned Authorities will be an Added Advantage.
16 - Excellent Communication skills.
17 - Should be a Team Player.
