| Oversee Company’s legal systems, reporting to the General Counsel, including managing a multi-platform and multi-location infrastructure.
Drafting and Vetting of contracts, pertaining to the IT Sector, like Non-Disclosure of Agreement, Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and Teaming Contracts.
Efficiently Negotiate number of Contracts
Review variety of contracts for global IT Services company
Contract negotiation and finalization with customers, vendors and business partners
Managing Contract portfolio domestic & transbroader transactions: drafting various types of contractual documents, such as Master Service Agreements including Off shore Development Center Agreements, Built Operate & Transfer Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Sub-contracting Agreements, Resource Outsourcing Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Disclaimers, undertakings, Non Disclosure Agreements, Service Agreements, Business Process Outsourcing Agreements, MOU’s, license Agreements. Negotiation between the parties for formalization of the Contracts End to End until closure of the deal
Candidate has to be good in handling the International Clients, deal with lawyers and negotiate the best. Good communication and drafting skills.
