JOB DESCRIPTION
Detailed description:
Key responsibilities for Faculty Gr. I
Candidate with 4 -6 years of experience.
Good teaching skills, good technology breadth and depth
Ensures availability of resources for conducting a course
Designs / revamps course material
Ensures latest version of course material is available with the courseware configuration
in-charge
Ensures course is conducted as per plan
Reports discrepancies during a session e.g. absenteeism, late coming, misbehaviour etc
Administers and evaluates assignments/test/quizzes
Completes all relevant records related to the session.
Conducts course as per structure
Key responsibilities for Senior Faculty
Person with 7-8+ years of experience. Primarily in JEE (java) and/or .NET domain
Co-ordinates and monitors training programmes
Ensures infrastructure availability
Appraisal of subordinates
Builds adequate alternate faculty/trainers
Liaisons with external agencies
Ensures maintenance of training records
Decides on enrolment of participants depending on availability of resources and
urgency of the requirements
Facilitates and measures impact evaluation of the courses for behavioural course
Key skills:
Teaching / Training in IT industry & IT skills.
Education requirement: Minimum Graduate.
