Engineer with an MBA from premier school is a must
Total experience of 18-20 years in the IT Service / Outsourcing industry
Out of which, minimum 4-5 years of running & growing a large business set up in a structured environment.
Proven track record of working & closing large Enterprise deals single handed preferably in BFSI, Telecom and Govt verticals.
A consistent performer with proven track record of increasing revenues and profitability growth
Ability to deliver on forecasted and expected results.
Profit and Loss Exposure
An excellent planner and strategist with proven abilities in accelerating growth and generating customer loyalty levels.
Prior pedigree must be in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, pre-sales and customer engagements in ‘Selling to Enterprise environment’.
A role model for the team, strong motivator & mentor.
