Job Responsibilities •A distinguished Management Personnel with rich and Varied exposure in handling Managed Services,Products(ATM&Automation) •Combining of strategic planning and technical qualifications with strong business management, negotiation, communication and leadership skills to contribute to corporate goals. •Experience in managing key service delivery business- operations to achieve sustainable cost reduction, process redesign, revenue growth and profit improvement. Dedicated to maintain high quality standards. •Sales & Marketing: Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build consumer preference. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics. Synchronising marketing functions such as segmenting, targeting, positioning, & planning for various states of operation. Setting & reviewing targets/ strategies to achieve the targets and manage marketing budgets. •Strategy Planning: Making, executing and monitoring of the plan from product identification, setting core technical team for evaluation, doing the financial and market feasibility study for the new products and monitor the activity of the team members. Monitoring of all India product movement and new account development positioning in the tenders, special prices approval for tenders. •Key Account Management: Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development. Interacting with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business. Making strategies and handling key Customer like RBI, SBI, ER, DOT, Tata Group, NTPC, Coal India, ITC, HLL, UCO Bank, UBI, Allahabad Bank & other large opportunities. •Team Management: Managing Team functions viz. manpower planning, recruitment, deployment, performance appraisal, etc. Leading, mentoring, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations. Core team member for Hewitt-PMS implementation. •Identification, Product Development, Vendor identification, Draw the long term Business Plan including market penetration strategy, Profitability, Business delivery. •Adroit at executing Business Development plan i.e, Product launches, Product Positioning, Identification of segment, understanding competition offering and strategy and making and execution of counter strategy.
