QUALIFICATION: Any Graduation, Bachelors or masters in Instructional design, UG - B.Sc - Other Specialization PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
Job Location: Mahape (Navi Mumbai)
Essential:
Minimum experience:
•Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as an Instructional Designer in an eLearning company
•Experience in working with subject matter experts (SME) to quickly assess, design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, Web-based, training materials that are educational and effective
•Experience in analyzing the requirements and translate them into course design for effective learning, design the Course Outline as per the learning objectives
•Have good knowledge of Instructional Design and Storyboarding - Research, analyze, design, develop, customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT
•Experience in applying various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content
•Strong review skills for review of instructional materials especially storyboards, assets
•Ability to carry conceptualizations forward into visual representations, page-level visualization
•Experience in using templates in instructional developing
•Experience in interface with cross functional teams – Content writers, Graphics designers, Animator, Programmers etc…
•Be proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint
•Excellent written and spoken communication
Desired:
•Ability to grasp new concepts / subjects
•Basic understanding of ID theories, models, and principles
•Experience in write effectively in different styles
•Knowledge of eLearning technologies and tools
•Knowledge of industry standards such as AICC, SCORM
•Experience in managing the project processes and team
