Experience in developing n-tier applications using ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, MS SQL Server
Experience working with nUnit, Perforce source control, Web Services, BizTalk, XML and Ariba is desired
Exposure of experience in developing SOA based on demand solutions is desirable
Exposure or experience with global software development centers is a desirable

Job Description:
Serves as the offshore liaison and point of contact, obtains necessary inputs and approvals
Establishes and enforces the offshore resource staffing process
Establishes solid working relationship with onsite managers to lead to successful identification and hiring of resources. Facilitates periodic checkpoints with appropriate leads to obtain and implement feedback on offshore resources
Works closely with recruitment teams and assists in on boarding appropriate resources and ensures smooth transition while rolling off resources
Serves in an ongoing partnership with offshore and onsite, maintaining sound knowledge of applications, projects and priorities
Maintains a list of deliverables that offshore is responsible for across projects and measures the progress and contribution by offshore teams
Participates in planning activities to get an overall understanding of project scope, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables. Helps provide the vision and clarity on the above mentioned to the offshore teams
Works closely with onsite managers in resolving issues and risks identified related to offshore project, in a timely manner
Designs technical solutions to meet business requirements, Reviews business and functional requirements
Creates technical specifications
Designs application components and new product features
Allocates tasks, communicates project status, participates in client facing meetings
Provides technical solutions to new and existing clients
Supports the Deployment, Operations and Sales teams
Ensures coding standards are met and conducting code reviews
This position will be required to work India-US overlap hours (2pm-11pm IST) or (1pm – 10pm IST) depending on US daylight savings.
This position will be required to work US ET hours, which will allow for interaction with customers and management oversight for billable resources.
