Regional Sales Manager ( Smart Cards & Data Cards )
Job Location –
Delhi.
Education Qualification –
Any Graduate with relevant Sales knowledge.
Experience –
The incumbment should be carrying atleast 8 plus year of Exp.
Should ideally have hands on experience working on Government Projects.
Should have a good experience of dealing in deals with Higher quantums.
Reporting line -
Heading a team of Sales personel of the entire Delhi & Northern region.Would report to National Sales Manager.
Job Profile -
Ensure detailed analysis of MIS is presented to Management on Monthly Basis.
Conduct review meetings with customers to ensure quality levels are met as per SLA norms.
Ensure revenue is increased every quarter by working closely with ME's.
Ensure Collections on or before the due date.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely closure as per SLA.
Get the Customer Review Sheet duly filled and analysed.
Conduct review meetings with sub-ordinates to handle their issues and grievance.
Review processes & procedures at respective regions for efficiency
