| Job Title: Project Manager - IMS |
| Description |
| Should have certifications is one of - CCNp, MCSE 2003, SA 1/2/3, OCP
Must have knowledge of ITIL framework, SAS70 & SOX (should have ITIL Foundation certification as minimum)
Candidates with PMP certification preferred.
Should be able to manage IT Infrastructure related projects independently & take responsibility of delivering the committed SLAs to customer for Incident Management, Problem Management & Change Management requests.
Should be able to apply his / her detailed knowledge in the realms of any two of the following domains - Network Management, Unix Server Management, Database Administration, Windows Server Administration
Should be familiar with atleast one tool for Data Center Management e.g.0 CA Unicenter, HP OpenView, IBM Tivoli, BMC Patrol, etc.
Should be able to provide Technical Guidance to team members
Coordinate and work on escalations with onsite & offshore team members as well as with OEMS such as SUN, CISCO, etc.
Provide, prepare & analyze daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports.
Conduct monthly / quarterly performance reviews, Capacity planning & project reviews with customers along with Sr. Management of L&T Infotech.
Work with Resource Planning Manager to fulfill Resource requirements for engagement.
Counsel team members & keep them motivated.
Conduct Telephonic conversations with customers to implement new infrastructure / new projects / troubleshooting / operational issues.
Pro-active suggestions on process improvement, technology enhancement / optimization, better service delivery through tools.
To ensure compliance to defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO 27001, SOX & make sure there are Nil NCs in external / internal audits.
Graduate / Post Graduate (Desirable: BE / B Tech)
