Project Management of Systems Integration Projects
An anchor for creating a world class IT infrastructure platform with
Experience in managing System Integration (SI) Projects for Public Sector Companies like Railways & Defence Organisation. Overall 7+ years of experience in Project Execution/Management of Large System Integration Projects in India.
Management of Systems Integration customer projects including resource requests, project budget/deliverables, Risk management, Scope management
Should have successfully executed 2 projects worth over Rs. 10 Crores in the last 3 years
Should be able to independently understand functional requirements for ERP, Hardware, Storage and Networking
Should be able to prepare proposals for Large Bids (above Rs. 10 Crores)
Should possess Effective communication (verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills
Should be able to make formal presentations about the company and proposed solutions
Should be a Graduate Engineer (B.E.), Post Graduate Marketing Management qualifications will be preferred
Should ideally have certifications in any of the following: ITIL, PMP, CISA, CCNA, MCP
Must be able to travel on short notice for projects and camp at Customer Locations in India & Abroad during the Project Implementation.
To Ensure that customer's expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
Responsible for the end to end delivery of the SI project and Leadership in handling technical issues and escalations
Ø Responsible for working with clients and to define the scope of the project, clarify the system specification, understand their work practices and the nature of their business.
Ø Responsible for proposing and designing SI solutions for customer requirements
Ø Responsible for pre-sales activities and deep customer engagement
Ø Responsible for efficient project implementation and adhering to milestones
Ø Provide technical assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems, sharing technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met.
Ø Responsible for solution design and architecture. Make decisions relating to pricing, statutory implications and quotations/tenders.
Ø Ability to manage a team efficiently. Ability to build and maintain relationship
Ø Good problem solving skills and analytical skills
Provide Pre sales Support to the Sales team in terms of the SI Solution Design
